Pangbourne NAG acts to reduce motorbike nuisance in Sulham Woods David Betts, chairman of the Pangbourne NAG and West Berkshire councillor for Purley ward, said: “This is a remarkable example of the sort of progress which can only be made through partnership working. Through the Pangbourne NAG we have addressed the problem of the anti-social use of motor bikes and scooters in Sulham Woods by restricting access and installing a number of stiles making it more difficult to gain access to woods with a motorbike."
